Slot Machines

Slot-machines are a very popular form of gambling and are highly profitable for the gaming venue. However, slot-machine play can rapidly become compulsive in some individuals and lead to pathological use. In collaboration with Prof. Robert Rogers at the University of Oxford, we are currently developing a model of slot-machine play in rats which captures many of the features of a human slot machine.
